'The Singing Farmer' Bare Spine Watercolor Journal
'The Singing Farmer' Bare Spine Watercolor Journal
Originally published in 1927 and penned by James S. Tippett, ‘The Singing Farmer’ has been reimagined as a watercolor journal inspired by simple pleasures, quiet landscapes, and the beauty of the countryside.
Please note: One of the unique characteristics of our ‘Bare Spine’ journals is the small gaps between each signature (every 4 pages). They're a natural part of the exposed binding, this construction also allows the journal to lay flatter than ever before.
Features:
- Original antique book cover from 1927
- Exposed ‘Bare Spine’ binding with decorative contrasting 100% linen thread
- Lays flatter than ever before for an even better painting experience
- 100% cotton, 300 GSM / 140 lb cold-pressed watercolor paper (acid-free & archival)
- Hand-torn deckled edges
- Our same fabulous watercolor paper inside each cover, left blank as a celebration of your artwork (front page label arrives unattached so you can place it wherever it best fits your painting)
- Page from the original book included inside the back cover
- 94 pages (front and back)
- Measures approximately 7 1/4 × 5 inches
